The $500 application fee
will be deducted from your final payment.
You will receive confirmation that your submission and payment have been received.
We may reach out with questions or concerns. However, it may take up to two (2) weeks for your submission to be reviewed.
You will be contacted to schedule an Application Review Conference once the peer review is complete.
